Job Responsibilities: What you will do
Prepare data required to create multiple daily pay cycles in a high volume, multi-state, multi-entity environment. Research, review, input and approve transactional data required to ensure accurate and timely pay for employees and independent contractors. Create & analyze reporting required to meet standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations & employment laws including but not limited to FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). Provide excellence in customer service for internal customers, driving and non-driving employees and independent contractors.

- Create & analyze reporting required to meet standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations & employment laws including but not limited to FLSA (Fair Labor Standards Act), Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). Ensure compliance for multiple emplioyee types and varied independent contracts.
- Provide excellence in customer service for internal customers, driving and non-driving employees and independent contractors by being the subject matter expert including owner settlement, non-driver personnel action transactions, Comdata cards, direct deposit and banking transactions. Act as a liaison between exteranal business units, employees & contractors.
- May perform additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner which facilitates the success of business operations in order to meet company demands and expectations.

Qualifications: What you need to bring
- Two years previous customer service relations, payroll experience, training expertise or related experience preferred. Transportation Industry or high volume payroll processing environment preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; advanced computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, & Power Point; proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- High School Diploma or GED
Pay Range: $21.51 - $28.96 Hourly
